2010 Traffic Bench Guide
The 2010 Traffic Bench Guide is a quick reference manual for the use of judges, prosecutors and lawyers involved in the disposition of traffic cases.
This year, as in recent years, there have been a number of legislative changes that affect traffic offenses. Among others, there have been significant changes in the severity of violations for CDL and alcohol-related offenses.
The 2010 Traffic Bench Guide was made possible by a grant from the Missouri Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Safety under contract number 10-K9-04-8.
Please note the following corrections to the 2010 Traffic Bench Guide:
- Page 58, bottom of page: Statute 302.252.3 does not exist. The correct statute number is 302.755. The hyperlink is correct.
- Page 69, under the "6 Altered License" column: Statute 311.238 should be statute 311.328.3. The hyperlink is correct.
