V. SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE
After the notice of appeal has been filed, the Court may schedule a settlement conference for the purpose of exploring the possibility of settlement. If any party fails to comply with any part of the settlement conference scheduling order, they may be subject to sanctions, including dismissal. Western District Special Rule XXXVI.
