RULE 10. SETTLEMENT
CONFERENCES
After the notice of appeal has been filed in a civil case, the court may schedule a conference for the purpose of exploring the possibility of settlement. The court may stay the requirements for ordering the record on appeal, filing the record, or briefs in order to facilitate the settlement process.
